On the Day of your Visit
Please try to arrive on time.
Before you leave, check the details of the itinerary sent to you by the Bookings Officer. Check you have the names of pupils and exact number of people in your party. Organise your students into groups as necessary.
On arrival at the Museum, leave all pupils on the coach while you collect your tickets and/or times from Reception.
At Reception pay for any charges and confirm the final numbers in your group.
Ensure all adult supervisors have a copy of the map, information about the activities and are clear about their responsibilities.
If you are unable to leave bags and belongings on the coach, you can leave them in our lockable cupboards.
As the Museum site is spread out over a large area, please allow enough time to arrive promptly for your underground tour and workshop. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your underground tour, you may have to wait for another slot.
