A yellow and black safety poster with cartoon artwork by Bill Hooper, entitled ‘Inside Information Walk on the Outside’. The poster illustrates the potential hazards of passing underground vehicles and was found on site at Harworth Colliery. The character developed by Hooper for this NCB safety campaign was called Davy Lump who was based on his earlier cartoon creation Pilot Officer Percy Prune.
